What We Do

Three practices.
A single AI intelligence platform.
One integrated view of the market.

Our work draws on the experience grounding each practice and the analytical core beneath them, informed by a single view of the market.

01 — Deal Advisory

Structuring and intermediating renewable energy power offtake transactions across European markets.

We connect asset owners and offtakers — and structure the long-term agreements that make the transition real. Nearly twenty years inside the value chain means we understand a developer's economics and how it can meet the corporate offtaker's energy strategy. We can hold both sides of the conversation at the same time.

From early origination through to signed contracts, we act on one side of the table, with the commitment of a party to the outcome. We do the modelling, we draft the term sheets, we run the negotiation, and we stay at the table through execution.

02 — Energy Management Advisory

High-value commercial advisory for producers and investors across the full lifecycle.

Beyond the structuring of bespoke offtake transactions, energy positions and commercial operations need to be managed. We advise asset owners and investors on the strategic management of their portfolios — spanning global offtake and hedging strategy, commercial portfolio optimisation, and M&A commercial due diligence grounded in live market conditions delivering the revenue quality assessment that large infrastructure transactions demand.

The work spans the lifecycle: from investment thesis diligence, through financial close, first generation, merchant exposure, hedging policy, revenue management optimisation, and repowering decisions. Where appropriate, we operate as an outsourced commercial function — a small in-house energy management team you do not have to staff.

03 — Offtake Syndication

Designing and building syndicated offtake structures at scale.

A significant part of the European industrial base — mid-sized manufacturers, regional industrial consumers, sectoral clusters — has not yet been brought into structured renewable energy procurement at the scale required to participate meaningfully in the energy transition. We connect corporate buyers with renewable producers and manage the complexity of multi-buyer agreements across markets. When a single buyer cannot absorb a project's full output, or a corporate's demand cannot be satisfied by a single asset, syndication is the structure that makes the deal viable.

We design the structure, distribute volume, run the buyer-side process, manage the inter-creditor risk questions that arise when multiple corporates sit behind the same generator, and align the financing, accounting, and regulatory treatment across all parties. The work is procedural and adversarial at the same time. We do both.
